Devils Earn Second Straight Win by Dropping Cavaliers

CARLISLE, Pa. - The Dickinson women's tennis team earned their second consecutive win in dominating fashion on Monday afternoon as the Red Devils knocked off the visiting Cabrini University Cavaliers by a score of 9-0 in non-conference action. 

Doubles (DEVILS 3-0) 

The top duo of Martine Fierro and Ariana Goitz got the match off to a good start with an 8-2 win over Raechel Aviles and Kara Bradl. Lexi Epstein and Dana Kleinman limited Natalie Bell and Syd Kesselman to just one game during an 8-1 victory. The most impressive doubles performance came from Izzy Desjardins and Molly Michel as they blanked Fanta Bility and Caroline Boileau by a margin of 8-0. 

Singles (DEVILS 6-0)

The singles also belonged to the Devils as the first four matches resulted in shutouts for the Red and White with Fierro, Epstein, Goitz, and Desjardins all posting 6-0, 6-0 victories. The other two battles at fifth and sixth singles saw Molly Michel and Melissa Abbott each allowing just one game to their opponents with wins of 6-0, 6-1, and 6-1, 6-0 respectively.
