(Carlisle, Pa.) – The Dickinson women's tennis team had a tough outing against visiting Ursinus College on Friday, suffering an 8-1 setback.
Sophomore Madison Parks (Denton, Md./North Caroline) claimed the lone point for the Red Devils, winning the second singles flight, 6-2, 6-1.
The Bears won the doubles flights 8-3, 8-2, 8-3 as they improve to 11-5 overall and 3-4 in the Centennial Conference. Ashley Nguyan won points in both the top doubles and singles flights.
The Red Devils slip to 4-7 overall and 3-4 in the conference. They are in action again tomorrow afternoon, hosting Swarthmore College at 1:00 pm.
