CHESTERTOWN, Md. - Coming off a tough Fall Pause trip to Colorado the Dickinson women's volleyball team got back to their winning ways on Saturday afternoon with a pivotal 3-1 Centennial Conference win over the host Washington College (Md.) inside the Cain Athletic Center.
	- The two sides traded the opening six points with Amelia Kim and Mallie Thomas supplying the DC offense.
 
	- Then the home side went on a 7-1 charge to take a 10-4 edge as Jessica Currie came up with the only Devil kill.
 
	- Points for Alexa Barowski, Lora Flynn, Eliette Whittaker and Currie kept the guests within striking distance, but still behind at 15-9.
 
	- Following two points by WAC, the trio of Kim, Thomas and Whittaker pulled Dickinson within 20-19.
 
	- Giselle Kleinbussink, Allison McKechnie and Lyndsey Wessel closed out the set with a 5-2 push (25-21).
 
	- Dickinson got out to a quick start as Barowski, Currie, Kim, Thomas and Whittaker made it 10-5 Devils.
 
	- Two WAC serve errors and a Kim kill nudged the advantage to 13-8, but the Shorewomen answered back with four straight to trim the gap to 13-12.
 
	- However, the Red and White responded in a big way with Barowski, Flynn, Kim and Thomas all putting away kills stretching the lead to 22-16.
 
	- After WAC claimed five of the next seven, Whittaker dispatched the final kill of the set for the 25-21 win.
 
	- Scores by Barowski, Kim and Whittaker off a setups from Willow Palmer left DC trailing by two at 5-3, before Barowski, Flynn, Kim and Whittaker made it 12-8 Devils.
 
	- Kleinbussink and Wessel took four of the next five closing the gap to 13-12.
 
	- Kills for Currie, Thomas and Whittaker helped the Red and White to open things up to a three-point cushion 18-15.
 
	- Three more kills for Kleinbussink helped the hosts to get ahead at 20-18, but Barowski, Flynn, Kim and Whittaker put the Devils on the cusp of the set 23-20.
 
	- Alexis Stubbs, Kleinbussink and Wessel all tallied for the Shorewomen to put them a point away from the set 25-24.
 
	- However, a Currie kill, Barowski block and WAC miscue let the guests pick up the 27-25 victory.
 
	- Grace Coccagna, Barowski, Currie, Thomas and Whittaker got the Devils out to a dominant 9-2 start.
 
	- After two straight for WAC made it 9-4, Kim, Thomas and Whittaker went on an 8-0 romp to open up a 17-4 edge.
 
	- Izzy Diehl, Stubbs and Wessel claimed four of the ensuing six points to cut the deficit a little bit to 19-8.
 
	- Barowski, Currie, Kim and Thomas ended the match with a flourish scoring the final six points for a 25-8 win.
