CARLISLE, Pa. - The Dickinson field hockey team controlled most of the game on Friday afternoon against tenth-ranked Bryn Mawr College ultimately holding a 16-8 advantage in shots, including 8-6 on target. Unfortunately, for the Red and White the Owls picked up goals in the third and fourth quarters to grab a 2-0 Centennial Conference win at the Biddle Field Complex.

- Bryn Mawr goalie Charlene Basque was called into action multiple times stopping Calyn Clements, Erin Liggio and Becca Woods
- Nicole Uebele added one other shot in the period, but sent one wide of cage.
- The opening five-plus minutes saw the home side record two more shots with Megan McClure forcing a stop out of Basque, while Alexandra Hockwitt missed the mark off a penalty corner.
- Bryn Mawr finally grabbed their first shot of the contest with 24:12 gone when Reba Ervin was shutdown by Taylor Morrow, before Maggie Barilla had an offering blocked down by the defense.
- Dickinson pushed hard over the rest of the frame earning five penalty corners resulting in shots from Maggie Carson, Clements and Hockwitt leading to one stop from Basque.
- Despite all the pressure from the Red and White it would be the visitors who struck first as Zoe Woon inserted a corner to Eva Yacura who ripped a shot past Morrow with just under two minutes gone.
- However, the Devils did not go away as they tallied the final five shots of the frame with Malena Malka Goldman, Carson and Woods combining to force four saves out of Basque as things moved to the fourth.
- For the second period in a row the guests made their first shot count as a DC giveaway in the defensive half led to a breakaway for Sophie Vagts who stuck her opportunity between Morrow's legs making it 2-0 in the 50th-minute.
- The Devils had the next two chances three minutes later when McClure pinged the post, before Carson was blocked down by the defense.
- The Owls then locked down defensively preventing Dickinson from recording another shot, while tasking Morrow with making three more saves to end the game.
