(Haverford, Pa.) – The Dickinson volleyball team dropped a three-set match at Haverford in its Centennial Conference opener on Saturday afternoon. The 'Fords claimed the match with a scores of (25-16, 25-19, 25-13), improving to 7-2 on the season.

Sophomore Laura Silverman (Marlborough, Mass./Marlborough) led the attack with six kills and a pair of blocks while first-year Lauren Ahern (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown West) added five kills and two blocks as well.

Senior Grace Morgan (Williamsburg, Va./York Suburban) tallied a match-high 20 digs while sophomore setter Jenn Morrissey (Rockville, Md./Good Counsel) handed out 16 assists.

Meg O'Day led Haverford with 14 kills while Keri Godbe recorded 13. Olivia Walsh dished out 20 assists and Abby Keller added 18 for the hosts.

The Red Devils slip to 3-6 overall and 0-1 in the Centennial Conference. They return home for a non-conference match-up with visiting Albright College on Monday night.
