Unfortunately, for the Red and White they were unable to overcome a 1-0 halftime deficit as the Blue Jays collected three second half markers to nab a 4-1 win at Miller Memorial Field. Both teams recorded a shots within the opening ten minutes with Katie Vassilakos firing high of Tia Harrison, while Olivia Piraino forced Sophia Kavulich into a stop. The visitors then tallied the next six shots leading to a pair of Kavulich saves as well as the first goal of the match from Piraino. With 31:34 off the clock Maddie St. Amand would ask a question of Harrison which she was up to the task for. Hopkins racked up four more shots over the final ten minutes with Kavulich knocking aside one as the match went to half. The Blue Jays had the Devils on their heels to begin the period as they recorded five shots leading to a pair of goals during the opening 15-plus minutes to make it 3-0. Off the following kickoff the Red and White dug in a little deeper with St. Amand being shutdown by Harrison, before recovering the ball in the midfield making a run at the defense and unleashed a curling shot past the keeper to trim it down to 3-1 in the 65th. Three minutes from full-time the final scoreline was set at 4-1 when Katie Sullivan earned and finished off a penalty.  Goals - St. Amand (1) Shots - St. Amand (3) Saves - Kavulich (7) Goals - Piraino and Sullivan (2) Shots - Sullivan (4) Saves - Harrison (2) Dickinson (5-2-1) continues Centennial Conference action on Saturday night at 7pm when the Red and White welcome Muhlenberg to Miller Memorial Field.
