CARLISLE, Pa. - The Dickinson women's squash picked up three wins at the backend of the ladder on Saturday afternoon, but they would not be enough as the Herons of William Smith College collected a 6-3 win at the Kline Squash Center. Prior to the match the Red and White honored their five seniors

Inside the Match
Dickinson's first win of the match came at the number seven slot where
Ella Goldman and Jessica Finnerty had to go the full five games to determine a winner. The combatants traded wins over the opening four games with Goldman taking the first and third both by 11-9 scores. Another nip-and-tuck game in the fifth ultimately went the way of Goldman 11-8. A spot later
Emerson Rains had no issue with knocking off Kristen McCormick winning by scores of 11-4, 11-1, 11-1.
Elizabeth Howerton secured the other Devils win in the nine hole by default as the Herons could not provide an opponent.Â
