CARLISLE, Pa. - The Dickinson football team will go in search of their second straight win on Saturday when they make the short drive over to Lancaster for a match-up with archrival Franklin & Marshall College in a Centennial Conference clash. Kickoff is set for 1pm at Shadek Stadium.
The Conestoga Wagon
Since 1963, the Red Devils Devils and Diplomats have battled each other for a model of the wagon that transported the two teams to play each other in both meetings back in 1889. The trophy is a gift from former athletic directors Dave Eavenson (DC) and J. Shober Barr (F&M) and is meant to symbolize the gridiron rivalry between the two programs.
