(Lancaster, Pa.) – The Dickinson women's swim team placed fourth at the 2014 Centennial Conference Swimming Championships.

Junior Caroline Brennan (Madison, N.J./Madison) broke school records in the 1000 freestyle and the 1650, earning a bronze medal with a third place finish. She posted a school record, 1000-split time of 10:36.84, and touched the wall in the 1650 in a time of 17:36.74.

Brennan added a fourth place finish in the 200 butterfly, clocking a time of 2:12.64.

First-year Jacqulyn Teller (Woodbury, N.Y./Syosset) tied the school record in the 200 breaststroke. She placed third with a time of 2:27.36.

Classmate Lindsay Morton (Orange, Conn./Amity Regional) turned in a great performance in the final, improving from eighth in the prelims to capture bronze with a time of 2:11.58.

Emily Houser (Fort Washington, Pa./Upper Dublin) was just shy of a medal, placing fourth in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:09.82, just 46 hundredths of a second off the school mark.

Natalie LeBlanc (Westport, Conn./Staples) and Caitlin Klockner (Acton, Mass./Acton-Boxborough Regional) placed seventh in the tine 200 back and 100 freestyle, respectively, with times of 2:11.72 and 53.23. Klockner was just 27 hundredths of a second off her own school record time.

Ursinus captured its first conference title, winning the final event, the 400 free relay.
