(York, Pa.) – The Dickinson College women's swim team went 2-1 on Saturday afternoon, posting wins over Susquehanna (104-100) and York College (149-55) while falling to St. Mary's (112-92).
Sophomore Carson Gannon (Morristown, N.J./Morristown Beard) added a triple-win to her resume', capturing the 200 and 500 freestyle events with times of 2:00.53 and 5:18.89, respectively. She swam the lead leg of the winning 400 free relay as well, clocking a time of 3:47.55.
Eva Kolstad (Cheshire, Conn./Hopkins School) was a triple-winner as well, joining the free relay and claimed wins in the 50 and 100 freestyle with times of 25.72 and 55.53.
Gillie Grattan (Richmond, Va./Trinity Episcopal) and first-year Caroline Brennan (Madison, N.J./Madison) rounded out the free relay. Grattan added a third place finish in the 100 freestyle (57.14). Natalie LeBlanc (Westport, Conn./Staples) placed third in the 200 backstroke (2:20.94).
The Red Devils improve to 4-2 on the season. They return home to host Bryn Mawr, Chatham and Juniata on Friday night, and then Bloomsburg on Saturday afternoon.
